Heidi is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University, where she double majored in Business, and Sales/Marketing Management. She has 20+ years of business experience working in the media and mental health fields. Over this time, she gained a great passion for customer service, problem solving, and process improvement. Her time with LifeWorks has provided her with the opportunity to utilize her business management skills, while furthering mental health awareness.

Heidi enjoys spending time with her friends and family, as well as independently learning new things. You may find her watching many “How To” videos, helping a friend or stranger, or making those around her laugh with her sense of humor.
