Ryan is a Licensed Independent Social Worker. Ryan is one of the original founders of LifeWorks and has a special place in his heart for its mission. Ryan enjoys working with a diverse range of clients with differing life experiences and cultural backgrounds. Additionally, Ryan has a certification in hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. His specialties include, but not limited to, assisting clients in working through specific issues related to anxiety, depression, anger management, trauma, grief/loss and family issues. Ryan enjoys helping clients see the good within themselves.
In addition, Ryan specializes in providing support to athletes of all varying skill level who struggle with anxiety and other mental health barriers related to competing.
Ryan sees clients in the Des Moines and Ankeny offices.
The Musician
Ryan plays the acoustic guitar and has been cheering on the Kansas City Royals for many years!
