Ashley graduated from Grand View University in Des Moines with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and a minor in Psychology and Sociology. She earned a Master of Social Work degree from University of Iowa, Des Moines campus. Ashley utilizes a strengths-based approach and a combination of treatment modalities, including family-systems, solution-based, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Her professional interests include anxiety, depression, ADHD, and schizophrenia.
Ashley sees clients out of the Ankeny Clinic.

Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 daughters. She enjoys traveling and attending motorcycle races or watching them on television.
