The Serious Stuff…
Cass received her Bachelor’s of Social Work from Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois. She then received her Master’s of Social Work from Simmons School of Social Work in Boston, Massachusetts. Cass has 7+ years experience in assisting youth and families with trauma/PTSD, attachment concerns, relationship discord, anxiety, depression, mood disturbances, and impulse control. Cass enjoys and has received training in working with members of the LGBTQ+ community. She has worked in residential therapeutic agencies with adolescents and is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Strength-Based approaches. Cass is also EMDR trained.
Cass is providing therapy in the Des Moines office.
The Fun Stuff…
Cass enjoys running, traveling, watching sports (particularly football and baseball) and being outdoors. She spends her free time around her friends, family and loves learning new things. Cass also loves teaching her puppy, Wrigley, new tricks.
