Dawn received her Master of Mental Health Counseling from Drake University. Dawn has twenty years experience working with the elderly in Des Moines area retirement communities. Dawn works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Her primary areas of focus are grief/loss, anxiety, depression and trauma. Dawn enjoys working with members of the LGBTQ+ community. Dawn utilizes a positive and strength-based focus along with a cognitive behavioral approach in helping clients reach their goals.
Dawn sees clients out of the Ankeny office.

Dawn enjoys running, scrapbooking, spending time with her family and playing with her grandsons.
