Tara has a passion for helping those with anxiety, depression and trauma history. She provides care across the lifespan. and enjoys working with children and adolescents. She has experience as a family nurse practitioner and various roles as a RN (women’s health, labor and delivery, and child care).
Tara sees clients out of our West Des Moines location.
The Fun Stuff…
Tara enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 kids. She loves being outdoors and playing sports. Tara and her family are huge Hawkeye fans.
