Abbey received her Bachelor’s degrees in both Psychology and Criminal Justice from Iowa State University and received her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois. She enjoys working with a diverse range of clients in areas such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, interpersonal issues, life transitions, and gender and sexual identity. Abbey strives to create a safe, warm environment that promotes a successful therapeutic relationship with her clients to help them meet their goals.
Abbey sees clients out of the West Des Moines office.
The Fun Stuff…
In her free time, Abbey enjoys traveling to new places, going to concerts, and hanging out with her dog, Phoebe. She also loves watching her favorite shows, curling up with a good book, and spending time with friends and family.
