The Serious Stuff…
Hannah received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Northern Iowa where she focused on Trauma Informed Care. While working with clients she utilizes CBT, EMDR, and client-centered approaches. She has special interest in assisting clients in working through issues related to depression, anxiety, panic disorders, trauma, relationships, and life changes.
Hannah sees clients out of the Des Moines office.
The Fun Stuff…
Hannah is originally from Austin, Minnesota – her first job was watering flowers for the Spam museum. In her spare time, she enjoys exercising, spending time with her friends and family, and curling up on the couch with her cats and reality TV.
